Requesting Help
Requesting Help or Additional Service (Talking to a live
person either by email or telephone):
Occasionally things don't work as we intend them to. If you have any
difficulties navigating our site, placing an order, or sending us an email,
please contact our technical services representative during our normal
business hours of 7AM - 5PM PST Monday through Friday and
we will do our best to resolve the problem you are encountering. Call
1-800-936-5646 or send a message to support@hartfordyork.com.
Reporting a Problem
When reporting a problem with our site, ordering process
or any website related issues, please try to include the following information
so we can help you.
- Browser version? (if possible)
- Page(s) name involved (Is it the same page everytime, or random
pages?)
- Product(s) involved?
- Screen shots of the error popups are VERY helpful. (simply attach
them to your email)
- As much info as possible, step by step if you can.
- Is the error repeatable? Or did it only happen once, or does it
happen randomly?
- Time/Date it happened? (as close as you can be, if we need to look
at error logs this helps narrow the search)

How To Use Our Site:
Zoom Function: We now have a Zoom feature enabled to aid in making
a more informed decision. Products with this new ability, will have a
button below the product image entitled "Zoom". Simply click
on it and a new window will be opened with the desired image and special
controls to zoom in and out, move the image left or right and so on. Now
you will be able to see all the fine details and how well the item is
made. Just one more way HartfordYork.com is striving to make things easier
for you, our valued customer.
 
Recently Viewed Items: When you visit our pages and view various
items, you may wish to go back and look at one or more again. But where
was it? Instead of hitting back over and over, we know have a page with
your "history" that shows the images of the products you viewed as well
as product name and price with a link back to the product detail page
so you can order it, or use the new zoom etc.
